After ordering I thought the price was wrong. when I asked the question it only took one working day to receive an explanation that totally made things straight. I was surprised to get such a quick response. After receiving my bracelet, I had a question on the size being a little tight over the hand but feeling plenty loose on my wrist. I got an immediate reply from Hanna. Explaining I could have the size changed free in the store. She gave me all the instructions to get a mailing label and that it would only take a few days!!! You just don't expect to get that kind of help these days, Yaknow?? I was shocked. No being handed off down the line: no red tape!! Just good folks ready to make things right, taking the time to hear you out and ready to help you get what you want!!!! The quality of the product floored me for what I paid. The customer support is over the moon!!! You guys got it going and I am so glad I found you! Understand that I will be spreading the word on where I got my bracelet and tell my friends what type of outfit you are! I want to thank you and let you know I'm about to give you another order in a day or two. I'm a happy camper if you haven't already guessed!!! Jim
